Life is full of uncertainties.
We'll never know when our time on earth
is up till it's over
so,
-take many pictures
-laugh much
-have a long walk with someone
-take time to look at the stars
-eat like there's no tomorrow
-sing loudly
-feel the cold wind
-smile a lot
-and love like you've never been hurt before
"because every 60 seconds you spend,
is a minute of hapiness you'll never get back"

It is a fulfilling and a great accomplishment for me being a graduate in NewBe, and now one of the proud leaders of Agape Campus Fellowship MSU Chapter. Agape is one of my family here in MSU; my home where I found my beloved brothers and sisters in the name of God who heartily accept me and teaches me the gospel of Lord. I was very grateful with my discipler with kuya Ver who gives us the encouragement to undergo the discipleship. Having a disciple is worth experience for me being a youth who is seeking for the knowledge of God. God sustains us the wisdom we need in learning His words, which helps me to understand the real essence of life and being his disciple in this existing world. This activity is aiming to nurture the minds of every young people in learning the gospel of God. It molds the life of every individual towards their spiritual growth. It serves as my path in drawing closer to God.
Discipleship is the best time of discussing certain issues which are relevant in every Christian’s life, particularly with us, youth who usually experiencing problems which are need to be comforted and to be reminded. Every question is being answered when I undergo my discipleship. Every day, I become more spiritually mature because of the lessons I have learned. I was being inspired with all the verses I have read from the book of God. It lifted my soul every time I am on my deepest dilemma. I was very blessed and thankful with our kuya Ver for his contribution in our growing life being a Christian and being a disciple of God. He didn’t get tired of reminding us of our role here in this world and continue teaches us more about the new word of God. God may continue pour His blessings to us and will always give us His guidance in every journey of our lives. Thank you and God bless us all!

I want to thank the Lord for all the blessings and favors that He always give to my life, especially for giving me the opportunity to experience His grace and mercy.
I’m so blessed that, even though, sometimes I’m not faithful to Him but He always remain faithful to me. I give thanks to the Lord for the wonderful experience that I had during my discipleship training. It’s been a great fulfillment I’ve ever done in my life. Though, I admit, it’s hard for me to take it in the first place, because there is a fear in myself that bothers me a lot, I mean, I’m afraid to have a commitment to the Lord especially in Agape Campus Fellowship because there is a lot of things to be considered, like I was bothered that my studies will get affected.
But there was a turning point in my life, that is when, I was in 3rd yr college that God reveals a lot to myself, He reminded me how great He is and I realized that I had so much trespasses that I made against Him. I realized that I really can’t do anything w/out Him. I cried deeply when I knew that my scholarship was gone, but I know that God has a purpose and reason behind it. I know He loves me that much, and that day I started to trust Him completely. Right now, I’m always attending in ACF, and who I am right now it’s because of God’s Agape Love that He feels for me. I thank the Lord because I already completed my discipleship training and I’m so blessed to have my discipleship material for free. Glory to God for all these things!! Every journey has its beginning. A remarkable start to any undertaking, as we walk as stranger on this earth, it is with no wonder that every situation and event has a beginning be it the obvious or the unexpected.
The new beginning manual for me provides a very comprehensive and simplified outline of the different complexities of faith and life. Any reader would be able to understand and reflect immediately on its content.
I find it enjoyable and exciting whenever the manual reveals to me a different facts and information from God. Indeed, it is an excellent stepping stone or perhaps even a great leap towards spiritual maturity. Even as I undergo the program, it never fails to amaze me on how simple things about life are, and how serious the responsibilities of a Christian can get.
The lessons are well-defined and explained especially when given to you by a discipler, wherein he/she can relate the subject to personal experience, adding more depth and color to the matter. It’s probably a great “simula” so to speak. It’s cool, it’s understandable, it’s simple, it’s precise and brief but most of all it’s a gift from God that we should share and impart to others.

Greatest Gift

Each day of my life is a gift from God. And I thanked the Lord for giving me a chance to live and do the things I must do here on earth. But in spite of the tasks and duties of being a student, I am grateful and blessed that God gave me the opportunity to meet my spiritual family, the AGAPE. It is one of the greatest gifts I had received from the Lord. My AGAPE family helps me to grow in spiritual maturity and continue to develop myself to be a student leader by undergoing discipleship training.
I started my discipleship training last school year 2009-2010. With the help of my discipler and the material we used, the New Beginning Discipleship Training Series 1, made me spiritually equipped. I learned many new lessons in life like knowing the meaning and purpose of life, growing in God’s love, following Christ’s works and many more. The 11 lessons of the NewBe material helped me know and evaluate myself how to be a true Christian. It also allows me to develop my personal relationship with the Lord and how to share the good news of salvation.
And last February of this year, I finally finished my training and now I am committed to train my younger sisters in the ministry. It is wonderful that all the things that you have learned are also learned by others. And so, I will continue to share God’s word and let them know that God’s words are the most precious words they could ever hear and learn.

I was third year college when I undergo the discipleship training (The New Beginnings) together with my discipler, Jackielyn Mercado. First, I was confused to undergo the discipleship training but I glorify God for giving me the right courage to pursue it.
Upon taking the lessons every week, new wisdom has added to me. My spiritual birthday was October 3, 2008. I felt like I was a baby that moment that need to be fed. By that time, my heartfelt willingness to know God’s word grew deeper.
Through discipleship training, God changed and transformed my life through Christ Jesus. I know there are a lot of things to learn as a Christian so I want to strive more. Christianity is not a religion, it is a lifestyle. It’s our life and we should live it. To God be the glory. Amen!
